Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Event Rental Policy – There is a Hole in This Cake

All event rentals are pick-up only, unless you’ve booked us to coordinate/produce your event. Standard rental period is 3 days. Additional days may be added for an extra fee.

A deposit of 30–50% is required to secure your rental. Items must be returned clean and in good condition. Damage or loss will incur replacement or repair charges.

Late Returns: $10/item per day or a percentage of replacement value may apply for overdue rentals.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before pick-up: full refund minus deposit. Within 48 hours: 50% of total rental is forfeited.
