But, you don't even sell cake?
Well...every now and then I'll do a custom cake order BUT my speciality is cookies. Mainly, certain treats are better for shipping and stay fresh longer during the shipping process.
Know your limit, play within it.

Are your treats allergy-friendly?


All of our items contain gluten & dairy and are at risk of cross contamination with nuts, gluten, or dairy. Gluten-friendly & vegan options are available but please remember that we are not a Gluten or Nut free facility.


Where do you deliver?

We offer shipping in Canada ONLY. 
We are not responsible for any errors in the delivery information provided to us. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any errors in the delivery process. Once the shipping agent has received the packages, we are no longer liable. 
Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday.

Do you offer curbside pick-up?
Yes! We now offer local curbside pick-up (offered Monday-Friday afternoons).
Please pick-up your order at the time & date stated on your confirmation. Arriving late for your pick-up may result in the cancellation of your order, without a refund or credit.

I placed an order for pick-up at the Badger Bazaar on Sunday, September 24 - what now?
THANK YOU! Orders placed for pick-up at Badger Bazaar will be available on Sunday, September 24 from 11am-4pm only. Pre-order deadline is Friday, September 22 at 11:59pm. If your order is not picked-up, your order will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
 

Can I order something other than cookies?
Yes! Custom orders are available by reaching out directly to Alana. Visit the contact page for more details. 


Why did my order show up in a different company's shipping box?

In an effort to reduce waste, I will recycle shipping boxes/shipping supplies that are in good condition. All bakery boxes and items that come into contact with your treats are brand new & unused. 

I did not receive my treats, now what?


Please check your tracking information in case they were delivered to a community mailbox, etc. If it is an incomplete delivery AND YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT, a complaint can be filed and processed. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the delivery information provided to us and cannot provide refunds in these cases.


Something ate my treats, now what?

Our delivery service does their best to contact you when they make your delivery. Unfortunately, our treats smell too delicious for neighbourhood animals to resist. We recommend being extremely specific with your delivery instructions and collecting your package as soon as possible! We do not offer refunds if something/someone eats your treats.

Do you offer refunds?
Once an order has been fulfilled it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Orders must be cancelled within 24hrs if needed.
