Rental Policy

Thank you for renting with There is a Hole in This Cake! Please review the details below before booking.

Pick-Up & Delivery

All rentals are pick-up only from our Burlington location, unless you've booked us to coordinate or produce your event — in which case delivery is available as part of that service.

Rental Period

The standard rental period is 3 days. Additional days may be added for an extra fee, listed on each product page.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your rental. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this rental policy.

Condition & Damage

Items must be returned clean and in good condition. Damage or loss will incur replacement or repair charges.

Late Returns

Late returns are subject to a fee of $10/item per day, or a percentage of the item's replacement value, whichever applies.

Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before pick-up: full refund minus deposit
• Within 48 hours of pick-up: 50% of the total rental is forfeited
