The easiest and most delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars, that just so happen to be Vegan, Gluten Free, and incredibly easy to make.
This recipe doesn’t require much equipment and can be done in under an hour – no baking necessary!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Prep Time 15 minutes
Freeze 20 minutes

Delicious, vegan & gluten-free NO BAKE Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Base

  • 1 cup peanut butter (I prefer chunky peanut butter - just make sure it's a runny consistency )
  • 1 cup oat flour (I grind my oats in my blender and use that as oat flour. Coconut flour also works as a good substitute)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (Can be substituted with Agave or Simple Syrup)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Topping

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or chunks (to be melted)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (Can be substituted with Tahini)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (to be melted)

Instructions 

  • Cover your pan with parchment paper - I like to use my square pan (8")
  • Mix Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup
  • Stir in Oat Flour
  • When the mixture is well combined, transfer the dough evenly into the pan
  • Freeze while you make the Chocolate Peanut Butter Topping
  • Using a double boiler method, Mix & Melt together Dark Chocolate, Coconut Oil, and Peanut Butter
  • Once mixture is fully melted and combined, remove base from the freezer and pour the Chocolate Peanut Butter Topping evenly on top of the Peanut Butter Base
  • Place the pan back into the freezer for a minimum of 20 minutes
  • Remove and Cut into desired size
  • Enjoy!
