If I could bake biscotti all day long, I would (and I pretty much do). The smell alone brings me back to Sunday’s in Nonna’s cucina and then I have hundreds of biscotti and hundreds of valid excuses to eat cookies for breakfast because it would almost be criminal to have my morning coffee WITHOUT a biscotti.
